Went into Good Guys Shepparton last weekend, looking for a replacement fridge for one week have had for over 12 or so years. We were served by a lady by the name of Shilo who made the process so much easier for my 84 year old mother. Shilo was able to answer any questions we had about a brand that we haven't had much to do with in the past when it comes to appliances and was able to put my mum's mind at ease. We were able to get it delivered on the Tuesday just before christmas and my mum is absolutely loving the new fridge. It was definitely a stress free process and a great investment 👍

Went into The Good Guys today to purchase a new dishwasher and our experience was easy and actually enjoyable with the help of a fantastic staff member Jayden. Lovely young gentleman who was very polite, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. It is staff like this that make you want to come back to certain stores. Well done Jayden I hope you get the recognition you deserve. Shepparton store is lucky to have you.

Had to buy a replacement router today at Shepparton Good Guys. I am both over 70, and autistic and this sort of experience is overwhelming for me. Was served by SHY (spelling??) who was patient, understanding and immensely helpful. Thank you so much!!!

Had to purchase split systems over the phone that I needed for our rental in Cobram. We live 4 hours away from Cobram . Jayden was so helpful , polite and really helped me out with choosing right product for me. You should be really proud to have this guy on your team.

Went in to the good guys to purchase a new fridge came a cross a worker named SHY. It is so hard these days to be able to walk into a shop and find a worker that is so kind and helpful. She has the best customer service I have seen in a very long time so if you need to purchase something from the good guys in Shepparton please go in and she SHY.☺️

I have recently brought a TV with The Good Guys! 😄 The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Jeraldon he always look after us whenever we go there, recommend the product that is appropriate for our needs, and they had heaps of awesome deals on. Definitely worth checking out if you're after electronics. 10/10 would recommend!

Spoke to Jayden on the phone today, and this fella is amazing! Got us some amazing prices on some key items that were destroyed in the bushfires. He showed compassion and understanding, and reduced prices to help us get what we needed within our budget, not once asking if we can go over budget. Jayden got the assignment, understood the assignment, and went above and beyond to help a struggling family out any way he could. Thank you Jayden, from my family and myself, you were amazing, keep up the amazing work!!

Sales staff helpful, when I asked for a better price, was able to help out. I saved money, was happy and got the appliance I wanted. This is not the 1st time ive been here and been looked after. Very happy with stores staff. Loading Dock staff were quick and carefully loaded my fridge onto my ute. Showed me a better way to strap it down. Even old dogs can learn new tricks.
